Refund Policy – Qlinicare

At Qlinicare, we are committed to providing high-quality, accessible healthcare services. Due to the nature of medical services, time-based access, and provider availability, the following refund policy applies to all services and memberships.


1. General Policy

All payments made to Qlinicare are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy. By purchasing any service or membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Membership Fees

Qlinicare operates on a membership-based model.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once access to services has been initiated.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling appointments, messaging providers, or initiating care.
  • Memberships may be canceled at any time; however, no prorated or partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

3. Consultation & Medical Services

  • Fees for completed consultations (virtual or otherwise) are non-refundable.
  • Once a provider has reviewed your case, conducted a visit, or initiated treatment, the service is considered rendered in full.

4. Refund Eligibility (Limited Circumstances)

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A request is made before any medical service has been provided
  • A technical or administrative error resulted in an incorrect charge
  • Qlinicare is unable to provide the requested service

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to health@qlinicare.com within 7 days of the original transaction.


5. Missed or Late Appointments

  • Appointments missed without adequate notice may be considered forfeited
  • No refunds will be issued for missed or late appointments

6. Prescription & Treatment Outcomes

  • Qlinicare does not guarantee specific medical outcomes
  • Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with treatment results, including but not limited to weight loss outcomes or response to prescribed therapies

7. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future billing
  • Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior charges

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting Qlinicare first may result in account suspension or termination
  • We encourage patients to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns promptly

9. Policy Updates

Qlinicare reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
